This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and secure your information when you use our App, including when you log in and connect via the Facebook Login service.

When you use the Thiên Đạo app and choose to log in using your Facebook account, we may request access to and collect the following basic information:

  • Email Address: The email address associated with your Facebook account (if available and granted by your consent).

We do not collect any other sensitive personal information or post content to your Facebook timeline without your explicit consent.

We collect and process the above information for the following legitimate purposes:

  1. Identity Verification: To create your user account, save your game progress, and establish your player profile in Thiên Đạo.
  2. Experience Personalization: To display your username and profile picture on the leaderboards or within the game interface.
  3. Support & Communication: To resolve support requests, address technical feedback, or verify account ownership when you contact us.

Data Retention and Security

Your information is stored securely on our servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, or alteration.

We commit to never selling, trading, or renting your personal information to any third parties for commercial purposes.

User Rights & Data Deletion Instructions

You have full control over your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your information from our database.

Facebook App & Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to unlink the Thiên Đạo application from your Facebook account and request the deletion of all user data associated with it, you can follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to your personal Facebook account.
  • Step 2: Go to Settings & Privacy, and then select Settings.
  • Step 3: In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on Apps and Websites.
  • Step 4: Find Thiên Đạo in the list of active apps.
  • Step 5: Click the Remove button next to the app's name.
  • Step 6: In the confirmation popup, check the option to delete posts/videos (if prompted) and click Remove once more to complete the process.

In addition to unlinking the app via Facebook, you can request the permanent deletion of your game account and all associated player data from our active servers by sending an email to our support team at contact@thiendao.net. We will process and respond to your request within 72 business hours.
